D6080 — Implant maintenance (cleaning) procedure: It is the maintenance visit for an implant-supported prosthesis: removing it, cleaning it, checking the components and refitting it.
D6101 — Debridement of peri-implant defect (with flap): It opens a flap to debride a peri-implant defect, cleaning the implant surface under direct vision.
D6102 — Debridement & osseous contouring of peri-implant defect: It does that same flap debridement and reshapes the surrounding bone as well, so the walls of the defect are removed rather than just cleaned.
D6103 — Bone graft for peri-implant defect: It grafts bone into a defect around an implant that has already lost support.
